The depth of profile and the pitch of color coated roofing sheets are vital in their capability to drain water. This is the reason that during the production process profiles with large depths and wider pitch areas are preferred to provide optimum water drainage gutters, especially to suit the Indian environmental conditions.
By using the Color/GI/Galvalume Roofing/Cladding Sheets for ware housing of Bio Products, the power consumption will come down by 20% minimum than conventional Concrete Ware Housing Godowns.

- Thickness:0.47, 0.50 and 0.60mm
- The Roofing Sheets are manufactured by using high quality Al-Zn alloy Coated Steel and Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel. In general two grades of steel are used for roof and wall cladding applications, which are 550Mpa and 240Mpa respectively. In general high tensile steel (550 Mpa) is preferred for roof and wall cladding especially in coastal areas because of its inherent properties and benefits

- Paint thickness (top): 15-20 microns

Low Maintenance
- Steel Roofing Sheets require very minimal maintenance. Normally damage to roofing is caused by pounding of water, accumulated leaves and other debris. By carrying out annual inspection and cleaning, you can maintain the roof very well, because it is unbreakable, unlike cement sheets or tiles.
